Weapon enthusiasts,

I've been wondering where one could buy an underside shotgun attachment for the AR15.

Also, do you need a pre-ban to install a shot gun underside attachment or is it legal to install one on a post-ban AR15?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Unless that underbarrel SG has a barrel of 18 inches - its illegal. Unless you have it NFA registered.

No one I know of makes these for sale - so if you want one - you'll have to make one.

I started up on making one about two years ago but stopped due to buying a house and moving in. I've been looking for the blank off and on for the last couple of months.

My big question is why? One of the few pluses of the AR15 type rifles is their quick handling, adding 6-7lbs to what's there already seems like a step in the wrong direction.

dZ,

Thanks for the info bud. I think I'll hold off on that project (insufficiency of funds).

Fifteen hundred for a 300 dollar rig chopped down? Well - it is drasticly handsome...

How do you spell NFA?
