Good price ???

Friend of mine has a Mossberg model 500(?) he wants to sell me. I don't know much about shotguns and even less about shotgun prices. It comes with a slug and a bird barrell. Stock is in pretty good condition. Is $200 a good price? I want to use it to start turkey hunting with him.

My friend got a Mossberg 500 Combo (24" & 28" barrels with 3 chokes) for 189.99 NEW! That was a few years ago though, not sure what the prices are up to now?

If you looked around for a while, you could probably do a bit better, but I doubt if it would be enough to justify the effort.
