I amcurious if a disconnector can be removed on shotguns made by makers other than Ithasca...to enable them to fire when pumped. WOuld that 1)wrok? 2)be safe?

Possibly, the question is,is there any advantage to doing so. IMO, expertise will do more good than hardware mods.

Here's an idea, use one of the exercises I posted with two shotguns, one with, one w/o. Time and score with a coupla different shooters to see if there's any advantage one way or t'other.

I just dislike the looong trigger reset of the 1300 and wanted to know if there's a way around it.
