870 Ejector Spring

Can I reuse the ejector rivets when I replace the ejector spring? Any tips?

Brownell's sell a tool to replace this. According to them "The rivets can often be reused with this tool".

Thanks, I saw the tool you are talking about.I'm trying to find out if I can do job with out buying the tool.
