Pachmyr, Uncle Mikes and most of the other major players offer slip over recoil pads. That would be the easiest, though not the most astectically pleasing solution. Or you could put on a permanent pad. These only require removing the original buttpad screws and screwing on the pad.

just call me SOLD on SORBICAL recoil pads. either the permenant type or the slip on's.
I have several of the slip on`s around since they are $10 - $12 |
