Looking for good picatinny quick release riser

I am looking for a way to quickly swap out my red dot scope with the prism scope on my AR15 carbine. The red dot has a quick release so that is good to go. I would like to find a good picatinny riser that would enable me to quikly change in my long range scope, while at the same time allowing me to mount the prism scope over my magpull folding rear sights; I figure I need about 5/8 clearance. I bought the NcStar that everyone seems to sell, but that is utter garbage.

The single lever lock is loose, and it doesn't apply enough pressure to keep the mount stable. To make matters worse the tooth lock is so poorly designed it does not engage the rail.
