For my 7.62x39s I am loading 31.0 grs H335 under a 123 gr FMJ. It does as good as anything I've loaded or factory ammo. Groups of 1.5" to 2.5" are the norm for mine- not exactly benchrest but fun anyway.

I have two loads. However I disassemble russian factory loads and tweak them. My accuracy load is based on Silver Bear and I have a reduced load based on Golden Tiger cartridges that is specifically for tactical shooting competition. Full specs here if you like.

The reduced load started as a fully handloaded round, but loss of brass was a problem and the Golden Tiger basis load proved considerably more accurate, and a ton cheaper to make.
