.45 ACP with small pistol primers?
Hi again. I was priming some brass last night when I ran across one that wouldn't seat. I puller the brass out and looked at it.....it's made for SMALL pistol primers. What gives? The headstamp reads, "Win NT, 45 Auto."
Never heard of this. |

Yup. That's the new line of Winchester "clean" ammo.
They reload just fine, if you wanna mess with them... Joe

I didn't know that, I had never used that load.
Isn't the .45 GAP loaded w/ small pistol primers?

Yes garbageman, the GAP cartridges are made with small pistol primers. |

I just keep throwing them away everytime I get one just can't see getting them mixed with my good brass.Also have not heard about anybody loading them with good results.Just something else to look out for so far have found only Winchester and Federal NTs.
