what is the cheapest, but still decent-quality way to go full auto? im thinking mac-10 or skorpion. ideas?

I LOVE my MAC 10. It is one of the RPB open bolt 9mm (instead of the 45). One thing though, the sights come set at 100 yds and pretty much only exist to attach a sling. But they can be point fired fairly accurately. I have attached a muzzle brake (Cobray manufacture) and it controls the rise pretty nicely.
