TAR-21?

Is it possible to own a tar 21. I thought it was an illeagal gun only from isreal?

Currently yes, that is the case. Charles Daly, an American company (I think) is working a deal out with IMI (Israeli Military Industries) to produce a civilian version of the TAR-21 in the US.

(and in response to your post on the ACR thread: around $2700 for the base model (no rails, fixed stock) and over $3000 for the enhanced (all the bells and whistles... well except a 1:7 twist chrome lined barrel )
