Ruger P94

Just got one from a friend in S/S. The slide needs some polishing, but otherwise I love it. Seems to like Wolf ammo more than Winchester, though.

The problem is that the safety/decocker is driving me nuts! It just seems to be in the wrong place and work the wrong way. I'm getting used to swinging it upwards, but did anyone ever make an aftermarket safety lever for these guns? Maybe something a little longer towards the back or in a different shape? I could almost swear this gun was designed for lefties... The safety lever is a lot easier to reach on that side, since it doesn't have that horrible bulge in the frame on that side.

I was also wondering about night sights... Any recommendations on what brand to get and where to get them?

kd7bcy, if someone makes an aftermarket safety I haven't seen it. Trijicon makes a set of night sights for it. George
