OK I can't get the pics to upload. Maybe they are too large. The buck was so big the picture was double size

Congrats on the buck! I wish we had 8 pts here in Utah. That is great for you son. He should be hooked now.

I am a North Carolina hunter and I can assure the public that is a great buck for this state, we just don't grow 'em too big here.

Congratulations to your son!

Yes an 8 pointer is a rare bird indeed! I work real close to a processor, and there aren't many brought in like that.

Glad your boy bagged such a nice deer for his first one.

These are the two I got over the weekend. No monsters, but very respectable bucks (For Florida that is).

The one pic is me trying to hide from Brent, he had to look a bit after the sun came up.

I will promise, that damaged arm of Brent's got a workout lugging those deer around.

We had a good time and were in the woods - all is good.

These were the first 2 bucks my buddy brian saw on a 2 day limited mobility hunt on Eglin AFB WMA... We just considered them "respectable" not really rare to find 8's here... Just not real big bodies.

Very, Very, nice buck. What a nice high rack. I been hunting along time, and it is bigger than anything I ever taken. Congradulations you should be proud! Now you have your work cut out trying to get a bigger one, and I hope you do. Again very nice buck!

Definitely worth being proud of. A man utilyzing his skills as a hunter to partake of nature's bounty. What could be more natural?
