Glock 17 upgrade
I've got a 1st generation glock and bought all new crome plated internals including a extractor for it is there anything i should know befor installing the parts or will they just drop in?

All the parts I've ever replaced (not that many) just drop in. There was a documented test a few years ago where a number of Glocks were disassembled, I believe ten of them. They mixed all the parts together, then assembled ten perfectly working guns. Says something for interchangability...

Glock will upgrade any 1st. Gen. gun even if you

This is true, I bought a well used Glock 21, and promptly sent it off to Glock for any upgrades. I got back what looks like a new gun! Most of the internal parts are new, and they also did the ejection port bevel cut and refinished the slide. Price was indeed $0.0.
