ar15 light??

Ok im looking for a 1000lm or higher light to mount on my ar15. I would like to have one with multiple modes high, low, strobe and pressure cord gna be used for home defense and coyote hunting so it will need to be able to light up a distance and last im not wanting to go broke buying the light . Ive looked at reveiws and watched some videos on some cheap ones but im not to sure bout those. Any advice from those who have high lumen lights would be appreciated. Ohh and I have 12in rail so length of light shouldnt matter to much

Surefire makes high quality lights but I don't think they have any 1000lm weapon lights.

If you really need 1000lm I would look at nitecore. Not as bulletproof as surefire but still a quality light.

I think larue tactical makes a 1000 lm light with a quick connect rail mount. I have one and use it for coyote hunting and its amazing. I. ant remember if its actually 1000 or not though. But at 200 yrds its like daylight.

Sounds like your desired LIGHT will make your ar HEAVY ! Try Wolf-Eyes they have a light (sea lion) in your range with a pressure pad for remote mounting.
