Legal to ship AK parts kit into CT?

Complete, virgin AK parts kit minus receiver, can this be shipped into Connecticut?
Legal or not?

What about surplus AK 30 round magazines?

Thanks

It's not your problem. Per the UCC, Uniform Commercial Code, the buyer takes title FOB shipping point. It's his look out, not yours. No one from Connecticut is going to show up at your door. Connecticut law ends at Connecticut borders.

Without a receiver, yes -- legal. However, cannot be used in any receiver other than a receiver already in Connecticut and registered with the state police.

Nope. All "large capacity" magazines had to be registered with the state police before some magic date. I don't remember what that date was, but it has long since passed so no more "large capacity" magazines can enter the state -- except to an FFL for resale outside of Connecticut.

No components that would potentially make a legal weapon a banned weapon can be sent. Ie a collapseable stock. Or an lcm

No mags. Seller must verify the buyers CT permit to sell them mags.

The laws in this state are horrific.
