For anyone that cares...this bill is getting much closer to being voted into law. Even if you aren't from Nebraska, it may be of interest because it will allow reciprocity for permit holders in states with similar requirements to Nebraska's.
Now, when you are driving across the state, you may not have to stop at the Nebraska border and secure your firearm for the next 455.27 miles. Fly
