RCBS great service
I have a set of .223 dies from RCBS that I got from a friend. I managed to bend the decapping rod on the sizing die. (Don't ask) I couldn't find the parts easily on any of the usual places where I buy reloading equipment, so I called RCBS, and they not only sent the decapping rod for free, but included several decapping pins. Assuming I guess that anyone who'd bend a rod would definitely bend a pin. ;-)
Anyway, great warranty service. |
