Big thanks to all...

I shot my once-troublesome '51 Navy (Pietta) Sunday. Satisfying.

The new Treso nipples, wedge and hand worked together as a team and I went through three cylinders before fouling was even noticeable. I was shooting 20 grain loads of fffg. (One load with 26 grains).

Groups were consistent, if not spectacular, at 4 inches at 50 feet at point of aim. (Trigger needs some work.)

Pistol disassembled and reassembled with thumb pressure.

All in all, worth the trouble and parts. Almost makes me want to consider another open-top revolver. A '60 Army's been calling my name...

Again, thanks.

Glad we all have been helpful in getting your '51 to shoot reliably.
