Nice (kind a rare) German Mauser

When I first started collecting German pistols, I came accross this 33/40 German Mauser. I thought it was a some kind of youth rifle because of its size. This particular rifle was used by mountain troops and paratroopers because of its size. (A very nice rifle to shoot!)
Thanks for looking,
Joe

Very cool! I'd love to get a nice 33/40 one of these days but I have yet to see one in person and the internet prices on these are crazy.

IMHO, the guy who refinished the stock did a nice job, but didn't help the collector value any. Nice gun, though, and G.33/40's are not common.
