Mag loader

Maglula LULA Magazine Loader and Unloader AR-15 223 Remington 5.56mm NATO works just fine on the above, but much to my surprise it does not work on the mini-14 mag.
I need a faster way to load the mini-14 mag than by hand. Does anyone have a better way?

Ok, here's a reply. A) I don't own a mini-14 so I can't answer your question. It does seem that you answered it yourself.

I did have a Mini-30 with 4 20 round mags, 5 5 round mags and 1 10 round mag. Never had a problem loading them by hand, never.

Geez....So no one had the answer for you and you had to look for yourself, .....

I hope that sounds as snide as your comment.

A little more patience will go a lot farther than being a brat.

Well , got that off of my chest.

BTW,Google says.... Maglula also makes a StripLULA for your Mini 14.

Oh (bfoosh006) as to what you see as a lack of patience, on my part, with TFL, I view as more a matter of surprise and I find your sarcastic attitude really not in keeping the helpful attitude one usually finds on TFL.
Realizing that my post has offended you I apologize to ever one else on the
forum that my post has offended. As for you, I think you'll get over it, I'm over it.

The Strip Lula works with mini 14 mags with or without stripper clips. loose rounds are just a little tougher to load a 30 round. I put all of my 223/556 on stripper clips, and it's really fast.

AR and Mini-14 mags are not interchangeable and use a completely different retention design. The LULA I have is meant for use strictly with AR mags and the latch is located to retain specifically AR mags.

There are 2 versions of the strip lula, one for mini 14, and one for AR. I have the one designed for mini 14 mags.
