This month's issue of American Rifleman had a note about aimsurplus.com having some great deals on Enfields. The link here is for No. 1 Mk. 3 Enfields including original bayonet and scabbord for $99.95. $10 extra will get you a hand-picked rifle and $20 more will get a 1980's Ishapore manufactured rifle. Good luck to anybody who's interested.

Anywhere someone can get a 308 Enfield for decent $ or are there none left?

I'll second this request; I've got a .308 I found several years ago and would like to have a couple of more for different set-ups, they're great rifles.

Weren't the 308s conversions? I always thought the 303 was the original Enfield.
