Browning Rifle Assembly - Question
I pulled apart my barrel/receiver from the stock to inspect some recent warranty work and to clean/inspect the barrel for surface rust. I'm putting everything back together and I have a question..
There is a small plate that fits over the rear pillar - this pillar is at the rear of the receiver and accepts the screw from the rear of the trigger guard (see attached image). I'm not certain whether the bend in this plate faces up (as in picture), or down. I appreciate any suggestions or information Last edited by whitefish; February 15, 2005 at 12:42 AM. |

Sort of answered my own question.....
I called Browning today and they said the plate is installed as in the picture I posted. |
