I have an action for a 1916 Spanish Mauser in 7 X 57 which I believe is the 93 action. I e-mailed Gun Parts about availability of a stock. They replied they have stocks in fair to good condition for $29.95. Also said they have a 7mm short rifle stock for $42.00. I'm a little confused about the difference. The action I have has a turned down bolt and the barrel is a bit over 21" long. It is not the long barrel usually found on military mausers. Which one do I need? Any information will be greatly appreciated.
