Best Combat pistol sights?

Between Heinie, Ashley, Wilson etc what is the opinion on which aftermarket sights do you think are the best?

Please feel free to mention other brands as well.

I like Heines for competition and Mepros for carry guns. Bomars, Novaks, and Trijicons are also excellent sights.

I like Ashley's but, those are my eyes.

Get the ones that work for you and your eyes.

For competition I like Bomars, for carry, I like Heinie's. They give me pretty much the same sight picture.

Trijicon.

Also (for 1911) Nowlin, which use Trijicon inserts.

The white outline around the tritium make them much more visible than all the others for me.

Nice folks too.

THERE IS NO "BEST"

There is crap, and there is a bunch-o-good-ones that offer PERSONAL choice.

I prefer Bo-Mar / MMC rears, with Millett / Heinie / optic-fiber-rod-types fronts.

All (mostly) my wheels wear Millett orange-ramp fronts and stock rears; my autos are all over the map.

Your results ('cause YOUR eyes are different than mine) may vary.
