I have a complete one that I'd be willing to part with.

Please try not to double post. On a busy site like this one your posts get spread out and it's hard to determine which one is which. You'll notice that I answered both thinking that maybe I'd done something wrong like hitting the 'new posts' before hitting the 'submit reply'.

The mods should have caught this.

You might be able to use one from an original 1911- the narrowest version of the tenon is the same size as the 1903, but the sight narrows to a pin at it's base on the 1903, so some file work is inevitable, I think.

Worst case, you could make some out of flat stock pretty easily (if you're into stuff like that) and stake it in place.

Another resourse might be Marstar (sp?) in Canada.

1903 Part

Try Jan Matlega 860 229 6872. No web site, but he has a barn full of Colt parts!
