Hodgdon's site, if you haven't found the data yet, says 124 gr BERB HBRN TP, 1.15 COL, Winchester brass, CCI500 primer, 3.6 grains Tightgroup to start, 4.1 grains maximum. I believe "BERB" means Berry's Bullet.

The hollow base doesn't take up any extra volume in the case. Both shoot to roughly the same velocity with identical charges and OAL.

I always run 3.7gr titegroup on my plated 124gr 9's, start at 3.6 and work up from there. I run 4.0gr on the extreme plated HP's, just depends how t shoots

Your RN's should be slightly shorter than the RNHB, so that if you use the same COL (1.15") they will leave slightly more space under them for powder. This will lower pressure very slightly. So you might be able to go 0.1 higher to match pressure. In any event, most powder measures are less repeatable than that, so you are perfectly safe with the RNHB charge weights as long as you use the same COL or longer.
