Hornady Classic Press Priming Question
I just purchased a Hornady Classic Reloading Kit and got it all setup to use today. The only problem i am having is with the primer seater. It gets stuck in the shell holders and you have to pop it out every stroke of the ram. Is there anything i can do to fix this?

What shellholder are you using? RCBS is a little tight on mine. The hornady shellholders work fine. You could try sanding the primer cup down a little or just buy hornady shellholders. Hope this helps.

Did you ever find a solution for this? I'm having the same problem with my brand new LNL press.
Thanks |

Hornady Classic Press Priming Question
I have the same issue with mine, and I only use Hornady shell holders. I'm planning to grind off just the top of it barely, to allow for easy movement.

Mine is doing it without any shell holders even on the ram. Does it with them too, and I only have Hornady shell holders. They're closed till Tuesday, but was hoping for a solution before then. I really don't want to start grinding my new press!
