Rem 7600 custom work

I've often wanted to rebarrel a Remington 7600 but never researched it far enough to determine feasibility. With the sweated barrel , barrel extension, and the less than optimum trigger it was more than I could accomplish myself. But now I have found a man who works on this trigger design and Ihave a black bear hunt to plan for. So the project gets fast tracked if I can find someone to rebarrel it the way I want. Any Ideas?

I want to rebarrel in .308 but with a taper that will allow a scout scope mount on the barrel.
