(Georgia) Carrying in other people's car
An interesting question came up the other day:
The laws in Georgia state that person cannot enter another person's house, with a firearm, even with the owner's permission (if I understand it correctly). Does anyone know if this applies to another person's vehicle? As a GFL owner, can I carry my firearm (CC), in another person's car with or without the car owner's knowledge. |

You can carry on another person's property in GA, with the owner's permission. You're just required to get their permission before carrying onto their property.
Look up the law directly from www.handgunlaw.us pax |
