Why I reload

Sitting at a family dinner a couple weeks ago my brother and I are talking about the upcoming deer season. I ask if he's still shooting his 300WSM (he's of the no less than a tank for deer opinion) and he says yes. He then says how ammo is so expensive and is set to go up again. He paid $50.00 for a box of nosler partitions . I just sat there and proudly let him know that I handload my .308 hunting bullets for just over $10.00 per box.

Ahh, you should have offered to load his nosler partitions up for him for $40.00 without showing your hand.

Aw heck, I'd give him the family discount and only charge him $35.00
