Scopes similar to trijicon acog?

I don't have that sort of money nor do I need a scope that nice but I saw a scope by them that is made for low light using fiber optics ( I think that is what they are called, green tubes that are bright on the ends) to light the crosshairs. Anyways are there any similar scopes that don't run on battery's and are a little more affordable?

Once upon a time, I lucked out because I was checking their website every few days for "Specials", and was able to buy myself a "no-batteries" Trijicon Accupoint Safari variable for a little less than a 50% discount from their usual price ($399 vs $725, at the time) .
