What kind of sling are you looking for? Comfort, readiness, extra shell holders?

comfort and readiness. went shooting out in the boondocks yesterday and got jealous of my buddy and his AR sling lol! im looking for a single mount point kind of sling that keeps the gun in front of me so i can use binoculars or a handgun. were we go to practice gotta watch out for coyotes and feral pigs so we generally like to stay overperpared (his sons 10 and goes with us)

Were it me, I'd get one of those rear single point sling plates for the 870. Fits between receiver and buttstock.

With that you can use a lot of the single point sling setups that are on the market for AR's.

With that, I'll plug the products of a fellow forum member......

The Summit dual config is what I have for my AR. With a rear sling plate I could do the same setup with one of my 870's. I've thought about it but haven't gone there yet.

You might try this one, it is well made and available in right and left hand. I have tested one out not long ago wint my favorite G-47 H&K sling and it worked fine.
