RMR Green Triangle 12.9 MOA
Does anyone own this and care to do a small writeup? I´m looking for a lightweight dot-sight to put on a scout bolt action scout rifle.
I could need some help investigating the following: How quickly will you be able to pick up the triangle for a shot? The T-2, which is my other alternative, seems to be very quick as you have to look through the tube, but the dot is small when far away from your eye. The RMR has a relatively large reticle, but how "quick" is it from a low ready stance? How well does the triangle reticle work? I imagine the top of the triangle can give fairly good accuracy from a supported position. The RMR will be used for hunting roe-deer during day and dusk, and on the range under roof. I understand green is the best colour for bright conditions and still give great contrast in lowlight? How does it hold up during various circumstances? |
