Cleaning My Winchester Model 190

I recently rediscovered how fun my Winchester model 190 can be. But it's 30 years old, and manual is long gone. I noticed Harley was emailing pdf manuals for my gun to people, but it was several years ago and I wasn't sure he was still active.

Anyone still around that could email me manual. It needs a good cleaning. And do I necessarily have to do a take down?
Appreciate any help
Thanks
Mike
