Barnes Tipped T-Shock X seating depth
For those that reload this Barnes at precise depth relative to the lands, what do you do if one of the bullet grooves falls under the case mouth at the preferred depth.

It doesn't make any difference. You might have to be a little careful to keep crud out of there but if the rounds are stored properly it shouldn't matter.

Do you mean outside the case mouth?
Most of the rounds I load for my 308, 270 and 300 WSM are like that, the grooves outside the case mouth. They work fine and as peetzakilla said, keep em clean. I love these bullets and they work very well.
