10 Ga. Or 12 Ga. For Bps?

I currently live in Mexico Where the 10 Ga. is prohibited and the 12 Ga. is not.

can I swap the barrels between a 10 ga. and a 12 ga.? and back?
the gun is a 10ga. Browning pump shotgun.

any advice is welcome.
thanks

Semi-educated guess...

if the 12 is 3", answer is no. The receiver on 3 1/2's is considerably longer (the 10 will be for 3 1/2's). The ejection port will be larger.

Even if the 12 handles 3 1/2's, I"d guess no as the 10's hull is quite a bit bigger and I'm guessing the receiver is larger overall.
