ruger mark III

I recently got the ruger 22/45, I took it apart twice and cleaned it with ease. But the third time wasn't the charm for me. I got it all back together, but I noticed the bolt wouldn't go forward by itself, the clip is hard to put in, and it wont fire. I try to take it back apart but I couldn't take the main spring back out because it is cocked? If anyone can help with any information I'd appreciate it.

try the slide release.. when the slide will not go into battery .. saw it on youtube.,
