Hodgon Triple 7 Loads for Steel Framed .36
Bought a pound of Triple 7 FFFg today locally. The chart shows 15 and 20 grains for a .375" round ball at 662 and 832 fps respectively.
Sound about right????? |

yep. That would be equivalent to an 18 or 24 grain fffg BP loading. Just don't compress it too much. Hodgdon loading data also calls for a wonder wad so the powder doesn't get too much compression
