Bullseye and BE-86 ?

Has anyone used the BE-86 yet ? How would you compare it to Bullseye ?
I have 2 lbs of Bullseye and was wondering if I am missing something really great about BE-86 to make it worth buying a lb..

BE 86 is close to Unique in "burn rate" not interchangeable with Bullseye.

Power Pistol (formerly BE=84) is quite different than Bullseye. As I understand it BE-86 is like Power Pistol with a flash suppressant added.
The two powders were developed using Bullseye as a base but, are not so much like the parent.

I'm currently using BE-86 because it was available when I was ready to buy.

I like it fine. As you can see in the little blurb, Alliant especially recommends it for 9mm & .40 (which I do a lot of).

. . . ^^ This is how I understand it as well. ^^

And just for the record: I have looked at Bullseye and Power Pistol side by side in direct sunlight (with my glasses on ), and they look identical.

As powders go in and out of my powder measure, I try to make sure I am putting the extra powder in the hopper back in the right canister.

So I:
1) Look at the powder grains
2) Sniff for the characteristic smell

This usually works to die identify a powder, but will not sort Bullseye from Power Pistol.
Same look, same odor.

But the density is different. That test takes longer.
PP is more dense than Bullseye.
