Well, I took my whole rig to the bullet doctor today. His diagnosis was the FLR was defective. He prescribed a Lee factory crimp die which does a final sizing further down than the RCBS FLR. It seemed to work. Now If I can just get RCBS to answer my email I sent on Monday. Does anyone have a 800 # for them? Thanks for all the suggestions.

Try 1-800-533-5000, option #2 for customer service. Or the direct email is [email protected]. I just called the phone number to verify it was still good, but I haven't checked the email address.
