info for fingerprinting card fd-258 for nfa items?

I'am in the works of doing my paperwork for a silencer and on the blue fd-258 card it asks reason for fingerprinting.What is the best answer for this? I've been told that they full in most of the info on the card . tell them nfa item, silencer ?

I would write in

"ATF form 1(or 4) application"

Thats what you are doing

thanks, that's what I was thinking. the only info I've found was to put the form info that I was applying for in the box.
