Winchester Model 70 Coyote Stainless in 25WSSM with a Zeiss Conquest 3.5-10x44 scope. So far I've been shooting Winchester Supreme 115gr. Ballistic Silvertips. Looking forward to trying the new 110gr. Supreme Accubond CT next time I go to shoot.

Lever action henry in 22lr loaded with subsonic remington. I keep it as my "bb" gun, and it gets used the most. Did you know that subsonic and shorts have about the same speed out of the barrel?

I have a couple or three.
None sees as much use as my BL-22 with its fixed-four Leupold. |

Lately it's been one of my M1 Carbines. Light, no recoil, accurate out to 100 yards, cheap ammo.

Edit: Originally, I had the rolleyes smily. Looking back, I realize that it seems a bit impolite for what I was trying to convey. So, I hereby change it to Last edited by Foxy; February 22, 2005 at 10:08 PM. |

My latest fun gun is a Mini-14 in stainless... I know, lots of you think this gun is pointless, but I got it as new for $300. Hard to say no to that.
It is a ton of fun to shoot- Not terribly accurate, but not disapointing either. Feeds fine too. Maybe I got one of the good ones?? It is a great plinker: Lightweight, compact, and it looks good doing it too. Craig |

My favorite is and always will be my M1903 that was made in 1911. Still shoots accurate enough for iron sights. As far as I know it could have been used my Seargent York (in basic) Audie Murphy (also in basic) or even in the pacific during WW2 by a marine. There's nothing like shooting a peice of history as long as it doesn't blow up in your face.

favorite gun?
I have many firearms (25 years of collecting) But I would have to say...Ditto carolinaflats......My favorite rifle (at least for this month) is the .25 WSSM in the Coyote, with a Burris 8-32X44 mil-dot. Using 48 gns. of BL-C(2) and 85 gn Noslers. less than 1/2" MOA.... A short, fat, 500 yd groundhawg killin' piece-o-equipment!!! I love this rifle!
