I carry the SP101 or P238 everyday. The most comfortable way for me to carry the SP101 is appendix carry. I find the shape of a revolver (snub nose) really lends itself to AIWB. However I do want to find a good OWB holster for it. In all honesty I find AIWB my SP101 easier than my P238 IWB at 3:30-4 oclock position.

I tried an IWB holster with my 2 1/4" SP101, it lasted about 10 min. I sent it back to Galco & bought a Fletch holster from Galco. As far as concealable a long shirt or jacket required. But it's a top notch holster. And as far as muzzle flash or hard on the hands it really doesn't bother me. But I grew up shooting full power 44mag & 45colt loads.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1357732606.288398.jpg

The big slow/ small fast is more 45 vs 9mm, even though the 357 and 9mm are almost identical bore diameter the 357 generally fires a heavier bullet. I am a Smith snob, I much prefer a J frame 357 over a Ruger.
