P07 Gen2 or IWI Jerico 941 FS

I know its hard to compare a poly gun to an all steel gun but...weight isn't an issue carry wise based on how I carry. I do like that the all steel guns can handle anything ammo wise and barely feel it versus the poly guns. No other choices please choose one or the other based on actual use not what you read or heard about either. This is a price point gun so that if there is another ammo shortage I can go to 9mm instead of my .45 or 10mm.

Thanks

I'm one of those weird people that notices recoil less in polymer pistols than steel. I'd rather the P07.

The CZ P-07 is a compact, while the IWI Jericho 941 FS is full-size. Because it'll be a carry gun, wouldn't you prefer to be considering the Jericho 941 FB?

I'd opt for the CZ because of better customer service and aftermarket offerings. In fact, if you want a steel-framed gun, I'd consider the CZ 75 Compact over the IWI clone for the same reason.

Neither choice is a bad one.

Agreed! If your a steel guy then just get the CZ-75 Compact. It has the frame mounted safety like the newly imported Jericho's, and CZ has better aftermarket support from CZ Custom and Cajun Gun Works.

I've not fired the P-07. I have experience with the Jericho. That DA trigger pull is HEAVY... and LONG... and kinda GRITTY. Much more of a trigger pull bear than a CZ75B. The SA trigger pull is much better and comparable to the CZ (not quite as good, but comparable).

The Jericho is an exceptionally well made clone of a CZ, but it's not the same. Were it not for the advent of the .40s&w that pistol would have taken off and become much more widespread. But alas it wasn't meant to be. I have a Jericho, BTW. I love it, and it's accurate. I find that I hate the DA pull of that trigger more every time I shoot a buddy's CZ75.

P-07. Couldnt be happier with it. Amazing gun, although I have the gen 1 with the extended barrel and night sights. Quality piece at a good price point
