Finnish M27 value?
I have an old Finnish M27 Nagant that I picked up back in 1987 while I was in the service. I was wondering if anyone could give me a rough estimate of its value. I'll try to get some pictures of it posted soon. It is a hex receiver marked 1940 with a T marking on it. The bolt and receiver SN's match. It has the cleaning rod with it and sling swivels at both ends of the rifle but no sling. Bluing is about 90-95% and the stock has no major dents or dings. The barrel looks a little dark but has strong rifling. I own a 91/30 and the M27 stock looks thicker and heavier than the 91/30.
I'm looking to sell it locally but I don't have any idea what its worth. |

These guys are the all-time Finn Mosin Nagant gearheads. They wrote the book.
They will give you the value. http://forums.gunboards.com/forumdis...osin-Nagant-HQ |

I paid $250 for mine at the Tulsa show last year.
Generally they sell for that price and up depending on condition. |
