Colt Diamondback
If someone could help with the value of the following pistol It would be greatly appreciated. Colt DiamondBack 38 special, Blue, 4" Barrel, 98% condition, no box, made in 1973. Thanks !!!

I bought mine in 1982, it's a 6" blue, new in box with book and screwdriver(3 way)

It depends a lot on locality and other factors and I'm no expert. My WAG would be maybe $850.

Let me add that the price of a .22 Diamondback means little since we're talking about a .38 Diamondback. My experience is that .22s are generally higher priced than .38s.

22s bring a premium in the Diamondback line and just about every other line of pistols that were mainly larger caliber but had made a few 22s as well.

The 22's are scarcer (and more expensive) except in the 6" barrel length. The 6" 38 is a big ticket gun.
