Can't find name of auto pistol

I inherited an automatic pistol from my uncle, has no name anywhere, it is a 7.65 cal, it shoots .32's., made in early 1900's. Only thing shown is a 1/4 pic of looks like a squirrel standing on back legs, also has a half circle (bottom part) with an x. Haven seen anything remotely like this weapon. Help please

A picture would be nice, but the squirrel standing on it's back legs sounds like a colt.

Yeah, but the 7.65mm (rather than .32 ACP) caliber rollmark and the lack of other markings don't sound that way.

When taking pictures, please try to clearly photograph and/or describe any small and strange-looking symbols you find on the frame of the pistol, particularly around the trigger guard and at the rear of the frame. These marks are typically military acceptance marks, which (quite logically) indicate that the firearm was accepted for use by a military force, or proof marks, which are government test-firing marks required on European-made pistols prior to sale. These markings will often help identify a pistol that lacks other obvious markings.
