Well, today I thought it was going to be a Sig P226 until the guy backed out of the sale. Bummer.

Just one or two?
Probably a Ruger SR22 to start, just to be able to scratch the itch more in these times of 9mm famine. Also very interested in either Caracal and Walther PPX. Prefer DA/SA, but the new PPX is said/promoted to have a decent DAO trigger. Would definitely need to dry fire before buying that. Ditto the Caracal.... Thats as good as it will get up in the cheap seats...... |

Recently got a XDM 3.8" compact in 9mm, thinking of picking up another one in 45 ACP.

An Uberti cowboy gun. Just because. Just because I want one, and just because I might be able to find one.
I'd buy a Colt, but it seems from my research they no longer make historically accurate SAAs. If that notion is incorrect, I'd love correction; I want a revolver with a hammer-mounted firing pin, as in carried with the hammer down on an empty chamber. I know there's an American company that produces accurate SAA reproductions, but hell if I can remember which one. Overall, things are real bleak here, inventory-wise. When

I would love another 1911 maybe a Colt XSE or something similar. On the other hand it could be a S&W revolver maybe a Pro Series or Performance Center version.

Today I will be hopefully getting either a G19 or FNS and depending on the price I may be getting a Remmington 870 to go with it. Gotta love tax time!
Only thing that will change my mind is if they have a new S&W 686. |

I have a Springfield loaded M1911-A1 in 9mm on order from Buds. I have no idea how long it will be. I would also like to get my hands on a walnut stocked Ruger M77-22. I really like Rugers and have a thing for M77s. I was back over at Sportsman's Warehouse today. Ammo about all gone BUT. . .they did have a Ruger SR1911 hanging on the wall. I am surprised that no one snapped it up. I got my second one two weeks ago and it shoots good and ran 150 rounds through it without a problem. I might just pick another one up.
