Ruger 22/45 rear sight replacement

I'm looking to do some upgrades on my little plinker. Starting with sights. I have the most basic slab sided barrel with basic sights. How can i remove the rear sight to replace with an adjustable system.

Drive them out left to right with a non-marring punch.
