Does anyone know how to refinish the reciever of a ithica m-66 shotgun, its not metal (magnet test) have tried standard blueing and it does nothing. Its almost like aluminum. This is a 70s era shotgun that needs a little attention. Thanks for any assistance.

The only easy way is a coating like Brownell's Aluma-Hyde or Duracoat.
